If you could only watch new film releases plus films from one time period, which would you choose?🍿🎞️ I'm only allowed five options in the poll, so please feel free to comment with more specifics if you wish!

The old classics can't ever compete with today's special effects, but i truly enjoy the quality of the older movies better. There is much more originality to them, well thought out writing, and superb acting. Not that those things cannot be found today, but in my humble opinion, I think the overall quality was better then.

I guess "Up to the 1960s for me". Any other option would feel stale after a while but the 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s comprise a different array of sensibilities and each one of these decades has a lot to offer in terms of cinema.

The 1950s because Alfred Hitchcock Presents was made in 1955 and the film Richard III which was directed by Laurence Olivier was also made in 1955 πŸ‘
