Through my Integrative Institute of Nutrition, Precision Nutrition, FDN and Primal Health education, I have never believed in diets, counting calories, or quick fixes. Instead, I have used my own experiences along with my client’s’ work to look at every aspect of an individual’s lifestyle – stress, activity, sleep, nutrition, and meal timing.
