इंश्योरेंस खरीदने से लेकर सेटलमेंट की प्रक्रिया आसान हो गई है.
Bima Sugam Portal: भारतीय बीमा विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण (IRDAI) ने 'बीमा सुगम' को अपनी मंजूरी दे दी है. IRDAI के इस फैसले के बाद से अब बीमा खरीदने से लेकर इंश्योरेंस सेटलमेंट तक की प्रक्रिया बहुत आसान हो जाएगी. अब ग्राहकों को बीमा खरीदने के लिए सभी कंपनी की वेबसाइट पर या एजेंट्स से संपर्क करने के विकल्प के अलावा बीमा सुगम पोर्टल का भी विकल्प होगा.

एक प्लेटफार्म पर सभी बीमा कंपनियों की मिलेगी जानकारी
बीमा सुगम पोर्टल एक ऐसा प्लेटफार्म है, जहां ग्राहक सभी कंपनियों के इंश्योरेंस प्रोडक्ट्स की तुलना करके अपनी जरूरत के हिसाब से उसे खरीद सकते हैं. इस प्लेटफॉर्म पर पॉलिसीहोल्डर को प्रीमियम की तुलना करने का भी मौका मिलेगा.

सभी बीमा को बीमा सुगम पोर्टल पर किया जाएगा लिस्ट-
IRDAI के अनुसार, बीमा सुगम पोर्टल पर सामान्य इंश्योरेंस के साथ-साथ जीवन बीमा निगम और स्वास्थ्य बीमा कंपनियों की जानकारी मिलेगी. पोर्टल को अपनी मंजूरी देने के बाद IRDAI ने कहा है कि इस पोर्टल के लॉन्च होने से ग्राहकों के साथ ही बीमा कंपनियों और एजेंटों को एक वन-स्टॉप सॉल्यूशन मिलेगा. इससे पॉलिसी खरीदने में अधिक पारदर्शिता आएगी.

UPI की तरह है बीमा सुगम
कई एक्सपर्ट्स का यह मानना है कि बीमा सुगम इंश्योरेंस सेक्टर के लिए गेम चेंजर होगा. यह बीमा सेक्टर के लिए यूपीआई जैसा है. इस प्लेटफॉर्म के जरिए ग्राहकों को न सिर्फ अलग-अलग बीमा प्रोडक्ट्स की तुलना का अवसर मिलेगा, बल्कि यह इंश्योरेंस सेटलमेंट को तेज करने में मदद करेगा. इससे इंश्योरेंस सेक्टर में काम करने वाली कंपनियों की विश्वसनीयता बढ़ेगी. फिलहाल पोर्टल को मंजूरी मिल चुकी है और इसे जल्द से जल्द लॉन्च भी किया जाएगा.
