So Im a middle aged man that was forced into the security field after the covid 19 pandemic of 2020 abruptly shut down my personal business. Forced to deal with the reality of losing my business, I made a pivot back into security work for the first time in five years. Understanding that I’m behind the curve in terms of firearms and combat experience, my goal is to seek out knowledge that will make me a better guard while also helping to prepare myself and family for today’s uncertain times.

My hope is to rise above the everyday typical stereotype of a “security guard” by putting the same efforts I have into being an entrepreneur into being a professional. As I learn, I’ll also share with others in an effort to help them become “atypical” as well. I have a seeking heart, but all of this information could very well one day save my life. Possibly yours as well.
