Durant 3 ans, le projet Crimes of Minds fondé par l'artiste Liliwenn et produit par l'association Sugar Rush, a invité des artistes locaux, nationaux et internationaux afin de créer 21 fresques sur la ville de Brest créant ainsi un musée à ciel ouvert. Un site, un livre et un film retrace cette aventure artistique et humaine.

During 3 years the Crimes of Minds project, founded by the artist Liliwenn and produced by the Sugar Rush non-profit organisation, invited local and international artists to create 21 murals across the city of Brest (France), transforming the city into an urban art museum. A website, a book and a film trace this artistic and human adventure.
