This channel is about dying at age 39 and being in a coma, fighting for my life, then returning to drugs, destroying my self n relationships. Through music, artists, writing and learning to validate and love myself for the first time in my life. I am moving into my 40th year with many ups and downs but a determination to get the recovery from metal health diagnosis and addiction I once have in my early 20 to middle 30s only this time with self love.

I am radiant with self assurance and I believe in myself. One day songs, postings and material of my own will be on this channel. I already have so much written, I'm just not tech savvy.....praying that some of my loved ones that are still in dark places find the light and come help me make my dreams a reality bc they know how to use you tube. If not it will be a slow, steady process of my own......however, I have decided that 40 is the new 20.
