This is exactly right. People have been told their age is making their bodies worse for wear. No one wants to accept poor dietary choices and lifestyle contributes to aches and pains. I am on the AIP diet and currently also doing yoga and walking. I see how my body has reacted so well to this protocol.

I have lost so many aches and pains from following Fast Like a Girl it's crazy! I've had some of them for over 25 year & even taken several physical therapy sessions for them. But now that the inflammation is out of my body, no more aches and pains or supplements to block them! Only took 3 months & I will never go back to my old self! Thank you, Dr. Mindy for your teachings! It's been a life saver at the age of 65 & I can fully enjoy my Great & Great Great Grandkids! 🫶🫶
