100k -- it finally happened !! =) Getting to 100k subscribes has been a grueling amount of work.

Unquestionably, what kept me motivated was seeing the _thousands_ of comments sharing success stories and "aha" moments.

So, first and foremost... to whoever left a comment on any of my videos .... THANK YOU.

Truly. Aside from helping with the algorithm, you also helped encourage me to keep going. So again, THANK YOU.

With that said, I think Youtube is one of those platforms where getting from 0-1000 was harder than getting from 1k-2k. And definitely getting from 0-10k was harder than getting from 90k to 100k. In both cases, it's still the same amount of subscribers, but that first 10k is often done to a silent audience...

With that in mind, I can't think of a better way to celebrate crossing 100k then by trying to shine a little light on other tech education channels that are "in the grind" and making free training for you.

This is an amazing time to be alive. There is *so much quality training available*. If you appreciate that, then help these tech channels below, and other tech channels you come across by showing Youtube that their content is valued and appreciated.

In no particular order, consider checking out these channels:

1. ‪@ChrisGreer‬ , the Packet Pioneer. The best place to learn anything and everything Wireshark -- nothing will speed your progression from "junior" to "senior" than digging into the packets and what is happening on the wire:

2. ‪@artofneteng‬ A podcast focused on the Network Engineering world. Interviews with leaders in the field, and engineers in the trenches.

3. ‪@PieterExplainsTech‬ - fantastically animated tech explanations! This is definitely a quality over quantity channel. I count 14 videos, but they are worth their weight in gold.

4. ‪@CYBERINSIGHT‬ John Breth has wonderful content for any Network Engineer starting to delve into Juniper, AWS & Azure, and Cybersecurity. He also regularly posts really good infographics covering a variety of topics.

5. ‪@NetworkEngineerPro‬ Rafael has a very approachable style while still maintaining a voice of authority and experience. I just recently came across this channel, but have really like what I have seen.

6. ‪@ArashDeljoo‬ This is also a channel I only just recently was introduced to. Very technical and very high quality training for those pursuing CCNP and beyond certifications.

A lot of the recommendations above were sourced from my audience. When I asked for who out there deserves a bit more attention, I limited the scope to only whoever had less than 100k subscribers. I can't emphasize enough how difficult the grind to 100k has been, and I wanted to recognize other quality creators that are on that same grind.

If you made it this far, thank you for everything. There is more great stuff to come, and I am thrilled to be a part of so many of your learning journeys.

With love and gratitude,
