A few hours ago, thanks you all of you, I reached 300,000 subscribers on YouTube. Which to some people, and in the grand scheme of things with content creators, may not be that big of a deal. But this is still mind blowing to me.
I started this channel in 2020 during the pandemic lockdown because the music industry was shut down and we couldn't tour, which has been my full time job since I was 18. I still remember the feeling of how excited I was when I hit something like 1,000 subscribers, and even then couldn't believe there were people out there that were actually watching the videos I was putting out.
Fast forward to now, the only thing I can say is that life is wild. Because of doing content, I've made new friends from all around the planet that will most likely be lifetime friendships. I've gotten back into touring full time, which I never thought I would do after my daughter was born. And not only touring, but working for one of the bands I discovered on one of my very first reaction videos, who happen to be my favorite people I've ever had the pleasure of traveling the world with. I've grown as a person, I've laughed, I've cried, I've been happy, I've been stressed, but overall I enjoy doing content and I have no complaints.
Sure, not every video is perfect, not every thought in my head comes across making the point I wanted to, and sometimes the content is just a straight up stinker. But hey, they can't always be bangers and there will be ups and downs.
But to most of you reading this, you've stuck with me for the past few years and from the bottom of my heart, I can't thank you enough. Without any of you watching this content, this channel would be dead in the water and to me, there'd be no point in doing this. So again, thanks to every single one of you out there. It may so cheesy, but I can't even begin to tell you how you guys watching this content has changed my and my family's life.
