Dallas Jenkins

Dallas Jenkins, born on July 25, 1975, is an American film and television director, writer, and producer¹. He is best known as the creator, director, co-writer, and executive producer of **The Chosen**, the first multi-season series about the life of Jesus of Nazareth¹. His career is focused on Christian media¹. Jenkins' father is Jerry B. Jenkins, a Christian novelist best known for the Left Behind series¹. Dallas Jenkins graduated from the University of Northwestern-St. Paul in 1997, where he met his wife, Amanda¹. At the age of 25, Jenkins and his mother started a production company, Jenkins Entertainment¹.
