Let's face it ageing sucks so here are a few things I take to help me balance mood, focus, energy and memory as my life gets busier, and my body gets older.

While I was visiting the east coast in March I finally made a visit to America’s Newest National Park in West Virginia.
New River Gorge Is a place with a whole lot of adventure possibilities. Rafting, climbing, hiking or just walking through the areas mining and railroad history.
In the new video I share a few of the things I could fit in on a short weekend trip down to this awesome spot.

New Video and the last from my series on Patagonia. This was such a special place! I stayed in the heart of Patagonia National park, which was one of the first places the Tompkins saw in Patagonia that created the idea to protect so much of this area. I came face to face with a puma one night and saw a huge amount of wildlife including Guanaco and many andean condor.
