منذ سبع سنوات، اكتشفت طريقة سهلة لعمل الكبة الموصل. استخدمت أداة ضغط التورتيلا لتشكيلها. إن عمل كبة الموصل ليس بالمهمة السهلة وتتطلب الكثير من التحضيرات والوقت، لكن استخدام جهاز ضغط التورتيلا يجعل العملية أسهل، خاصة عند تشكيلها إلى نصف دوائر.
Seven years ago, I discovered an easy method to make Mosul Kubba. I used a tortilla press to shape it. Making Mosul Kubba is not an easy job and requires a lot of preparations and labor, but using a tortilla press makes the process easier, especially when shaping them into half circles.
