First and foremost. I feel that mental health isn't spoken about enough on a localized level. Sharing memes and pictures with quotes about improvement with friends is great, but speaking about your actual situation, in a comfortable environment, can be therapeutic to many involved, however unknowingly.

I hope to inspire more people to be open about their battles and scars --- there is strength in being willing to show weakness.
