Hi friends,
I wish that you all have happy new year yesterday, and lots of happiness in 2024. ♥

This is the first time I have spoken freely about my mental health issues on youtube; but as you noticed, I have always been irregular in my viddding practice's because, I was fighting against bipolarity since 6 years. This illness has destroyed a lot of things, I have lost friends because "I was too depressed" or in the mania phase, I was incapable of making a real connection with people, I was getting tired of routine. Since I was a teenager I thought high ups and downs were normal but it's not if you're struggling for mouths and feel "weird" about it. Never let anyone blame you for being sad in depression. In the manic phase, I also put myself in danger, I developed addiction problems, such as gambling, bars... It's not just a phase that you're happy, you're felt invincible, attractive, outgoing, sleepless... You have no longer danger fear. They're finally diagnosis bipolar disorder, even if It's still new, and i'm still unstable yet, I finally got meds. And I hope that I will end up living normally soon.

This last year so I became very attached to the character of Lizzie in Legacies. She comforted me on depression episode. I would never publish this video but I would like to leave a mark of it.
