Hey everyone, so thanks to some eagle eyed subscribers, and even more digging, the bottle in the most recent video is actually from Highland Park, although it's a rather weak example with no peatiness to it at all.
My points about Scapa still stand, I only bought the bottle as I was lead to believe it was a Scapa. The search continues.
