Meet Alfie, she's a brave and smart little girl who loves Stories, Adventures, and to learn about her family.

Today, she wove her first ever Brigid Cross to welcome in Brigid as she brings the spring back to us.

Today is the feast of Imbolc, also called Saint Brigid's Day. A celebration of the impending spring, and the first milk of the year.

Celebrate with some cheese, some hot coco (made with milk), and the lighting of a candle to call back the sun. And don't forget to try weaving your first Brigid Cross, to welcome the Saint who carries spring on her back.

Happy Imbolc my friends, it has been a privilege to be your storyteller.

I want to do something that includes the community, all of you, in the storytelling!

If I make a video requesting stories collected from the comments, submitted by all of you, voted on in the comments, and then string them together into a video and shout out the name of the person who submitted the story, and where the story comes from.

I will be dropping a lore series on the souls born games over on my other channel (Backstory BDT, the link will be pinned) as my first series on that new channel, starting with Elden Ring.

There are a LOT of really fun and incredibly detailed references to real-world lore, history, and mythology in Elden Ring. I know most of you are here for the cultural stuff, but would you like to see some lore crossover videos on this channel to show the parallels that have masterfully been worked into the games?
