We feel so lucky to have spent our last day in Pai with Damien and Lyse at The Pai Seedlings Foundation.

This lovely couple from France moved to Thailand over 8 years ago and have built their own organic, self-sustainable farm from scratch, along with their two little sons, they grow and eat all of their own food and have been so successful they are even teaching local farmers how to restore their own land into fully functioning regenerative farms.

They invited us into their home where two of the best chefs in Pai cooked us an amazing lunch, we chatted about everything from farming to living in Thailand as expats and even parenthood. Thank you, Damien and Lyse for having us.
